its definitive art collection has made it popular in spite of its location among other museums of Madrid. The art collection includes works by Lautrec, Van Goch, Cezanne, Renoir, Pisarro, Monet, and Matisse. You can spend at least three hours in this museum without being disturbed. The collected artworks are divided into two groups; Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Carmen Thyssen-Bornemisza Collections. Thyssen-Bornemisza has been sold to the Spanish government while the latter one is a personal collection of Carmen Cervera. It’s actually in loan to the museum.

the building at first was started out as San Jose hospital. Later on, it was remodeled to a museum containing a collection of Spanish contemporary art from the 20th century. The building also has a library, bookshop, and cafeteria.

If you think you have visited enough art galleries and museums, have a look in the Retiro Park, located very close to Prado Museum. It’s a peaceful park to stroll around and relax.

For lunch, restaurants and bars are there where you can get into at any time of the day to chill out it also gives view to the high culture that exists in Madrid. It is highly recommended by most of the travel websites for tourists to enjoy the famous nightlife of Madrid. But you should be prepared about this as the party in the bars usually starts at 11 pm. the meal here usually consists of rustic food of Madrid with lots of bread cheese and tascas to eat.

In other words, you can define Madrid to be the ideal place for painting lovers and party lovers. You won’t feel lonely even if you travel alone in this city or if you get lost. Lots of bars are there to entertain your self where after spending a few hours you will start feeling like one of Madrid’s people.
