Accomodation & Facilities:

The guest house/cottage comprises four individual bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms, offering basic yet comfortable accommodation. Additionally, the villa, situated on the first floor of the estate bungalow, features two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, as well as a studio room for added convenience.

Guests can avail themselves of a refrigerator located in the dining cum multi-purpose hall, which is attached to the estate bungalow, ensuring easy access to refreshments during their stay.

Activities:

Upon your arrival, we'll tailor your activities based on your group's preferences and length of stay. You'll need to use your own vehicle for transportation, but worry not—all destinations are GPS marked, and we'll provide detailed directions and guidance for your visits.

Excursions:

• Waterfalls: A scenic 6.5 km drive followed by a 100-meter walk to reach the falls.
• Pandavara Gudda/Betta Trek: Drive 6.5 km to the 600-year-old Bettada Byraveshwara Temple, then trek the hills.
• Ettina Bhuja Trek: Drive 11 km and then embark on a trek.
• Devaramane Hills Viewpoint: Enjoy an 18 km drive followed by a short trek for a breathtaking 360-degree view.

• Cycling: Four cycles are available for your use.
• Campfire/Bonfire: Experience the magic of dusk by the fire.
• Coffee Plantation Trails: Take a leisurely walk or a short hike through our coffee plantation.
• Hiking to Navilgudda Hill: Trek through our coffee plantation and jungle trails to reach Navilgudda Hill.
• Natural Pond: Float and frolic in our natural pond, with buoyancy aids provided. (Note: May not be available during March and April due to low water levels during irrigation.)
• Off-road 4x4 Jeep Ride: For thrill-seekers, enjoy an off-road adventure through the estate at an additional cost.

Tariff for children accompanying parents:

• Ages 5 to 12 years: 50% of adult tariff
